The problem
People ask questions in their own words and expect a straight answer. If the assistant makes something up, they stop trusting it.
What we built
The assistant reads the question, finds the right pages in the company’s own documents and answers from those. Most questions take the quick route. Harder ones go to a slower, more thorough one.
The checks
Four checks run on every question coming in and every answer going out. Some look for words and patterns that shouldn’t be there. Others have a second assistant read the answer first. An answer that fails a check isn’t sent.
On your site
Your receptionist is built the same way. It answers from what you’ve told us about your business, and its answers are checked before a customer hears them.
