What we collect
What you send us through our contact form or by email: your name, business, contact details, and your message.
How we use it
To reply to you and to work on your project. We do not sell or share it.
Every email we send includes a way to unsubscribe. You can also reply "unsubscribe" or write to studio@quadbalance.com, and we will stop.
Example calls
When you call our example receptionist on 778 651 1762, the call is recorded and written down so we can check how it did. We delete both after 30 days and use them for nothing else. If it books you in, it texts a confirmation to the number you called from, and never to anyone else.
Calls we answer for a business
When the receptionist answers for a business we work with, the recording and the notes belong to that business. We keep them for that business, under its privacy policy, and use them for nothing else.
Your information
Ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, at any time.
