I’m Sid. I build and run the sites and the receptionist, and when you email, I’m the one who answers.

I keep software running for people who can’t have it stop. One is a hockey club whose coaches review video on it every day. Others are services that customers use around the clock, where I’m the one on call. When something breaks at two in the morning, my phone is the one that rings.

Then I started noticing the businesses around me in Burnaby. The plumber who answers from a ladder. The clinic where the phone rings out at lunch. Good people, booked solid, losing the next job because nobody could pick up. I know how to fix that.

This is the same care I give a live platform, pointed at your front desk. The receptionist is built to check itself before it speaks, because I’ve built one of those before and I know what happens when it doesn’t. The site loads on one bar of signal. Once it’s live, I keep it running.
